Processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday on the same day they are received, or within 24 hours.

UAE

  • Free next day delivery to all 7 Emirates for orders placed by 10:00 PM.
  • Same day delivery to Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and Ajman for orders placed by 3:00 PM, delivered between 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM, for AED 55.
  • UAE orders are delivered 7 days a week, including weekends.
  • Cash on Delivery is available across the UAE. Select it at checkout and pay our delivery partner on arrival.

USA

  • Free standard delivery, arriving the next day after dispatch, with trusted couriers such as FedEx and USPS.

Rest of the world

  • Estimated delivery: 2 to 5 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and customs processing.
  • Flat rate international shipping: $20. Free shipping may apply when your order reaches the minimum spend shown on the product page or at checkout.

Customs, duties and taxes

For orders shipped to the UAE, GCC countries and the USA, all customs duties, import taxes and clearance fees are covered by Amyrilli. No additional charges are due on delivery.

For all other destinations, any customs duties, import taxes, VAT or clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer. Orders refused or returned due to unpaid customs fees are not eligible for a refund, and any resulting shipping costs may be charged to the customer.

Order tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email. Our delivery partner may also contact you before delivery.

Failed delivery attempts

If delivery cannot be completed after 2 to 3 attempts, your package will be returned to our warehouse. A redelivery fee will apply, and we will confirm it with you by email before sending your order again.

Shipping information

Please check your shipping address and contact number carefully before completing your order. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot redirect it or change the delivery address. Amyrilli cannot be held responsible for delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete address, and such orders may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Cancellations

Due to our fast fulfillment process, orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Our standard return and exchange policy applies to eligible items.
