Shipping policy

Processing
Orders process in 1–2 business days (excluding major holidays).

USA Shipping
Free shipping within the US via USPS or UPS Ground.

International Shipping
International orders ship via DHL Express and usually arrive in 3–5 business days.
Duties, taxes, and import fees are the customer’s responsibility.
If a package is refused or unclaimed due to unpaid duties or incorrect information, return shipping and related costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

Preorders
Preorder items ship within the timeframe listed on each product page.
Delays do not qualify for refunds.
Orders with both in-stock and preorder items ship together unless separate orders are placed.

Insurance
All packages are insured through ParcelGuard at no extra cost.
Coverage excludes certain destinations (including Afghanistan, Angola, Bolivia, Burma, Congo, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Ivory Coast, Liberia, Nigeria, North Korea, Paraguay, Sierra Leone, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, and Venezuela).
Some regions may have partial limitations.
