How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note that duties and taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. You can use this link to track your package’s status.

What if my package is delayed or lost?

If your package is delayed or lost, please contact us at contact@amyrilli.com with "Lost or Damaged Order" and your order number included in the subject line. We will assist you in resolving the issue.

Pre-Order Information

What does pre-order mean?

Pre-order items are available for purchase before they are in stock. Estimated shipping times for pre-orders will be displayed at checkout, and you will receive a notification when your item is shipped.

Can I cancel a pre-order?

Pre-orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, they are processed and cannot be canceled. For assistance, please email us at contact@amyrilli.com with "Pre-Order Cancellation" as the subject line.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Please visit our Returns & Exchanges page for detailed instructions.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes, exchanges are available for store credit. You will be able to change the item to a different size or color. To initiate an exchange, please email us at contact@amyrilli.com with "Exchange Request" as the subject line.

Do you cover return shipping costs?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we make an error with your order.

Most of our pieces are designed to fit true to size, but we recommend checking the specific product description for any fit notes. We are also currently working on offering a wider range of sizes, as we are still a growing brand.
