We want you to love your pieces. If something is not quite right, we are here to help.
Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with all original tags and packaging, and free of makeup, perfume or any signs of wear.
Free returns in the UAE and USA
Returns are free for all UAE and US deliveries. We will arrange a free pickup from your address, usually the next day after your request.
International returns
Please return the item in its original packaging using a trackable shipping service. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
How to start a return or exchange
- Email us at hello@amyrilli.com with your order number and reason for return.
- If eligible, you will receive return instructions within 1 business day.
- We will arrange your pickup in the UAE and USA. For international orders, please ship the item back using a trackable service.
- Once your item is received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed.
Exchanges
Exchanges are processed once the original item is received and inspected. You will receive an updated shipping confirmation when your replacement ships.
Damaged or incorrect items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will take care of it.
Refunds
We offer full refunds for eligible returns requested within 14 days of delivery. Shipping costs cannot be refunded. Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days after we receive and inspect the item. Cash on Delivery orders are refunded in store credit only.
