Returns & Exchages
At Amyrilli, we want you to love your pieces. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
- With all original tags and packaging
- Free of makeup, perfume, or any signs of wear
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Email hello@amyrilli.com with your order number and reason for return.
- If eligible, you will receive return instructions within 2 business days.
- Ship the item back using a trackable service. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- Once received and inspected, a refund will be processed.
Exchanges
Exchanges are processed once the original item is received and inspected. Customers will receive an updated shipping confirmation when their replacement ships.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, email hello@amyrilli.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll take care of it.
Refunds
We offer full refunds for eligible returns requested within 14 days of delivery.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
