At Amyrilli, we want you to love your pieces. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.
Returns
US
- Return costs are FREE for all deliveries.
- We will arrange for a FREE pickup from your address, usually the next day after your request.
- All items must be in their original packaging
International:
- Please return the item in its original packaging using a trackable shipping service.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We accept all returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
- With all original tags and packaging
- Free of makeup, perfume, or any signs of wear
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Email us with your order number and reason for return.
- If eligible, you will receive return instructions within 1 business day.
- A return pickup will either be arranged by us (US), or you will need to ship back the item using a trackable service (International) based on your location.
- Once received and inspected, a refund will be processed.
Exchanges
Exchanges are processed once the original item is received and inspected. Customers will receive an updated shipping confirmation when their replacement ships.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll take care of it.
Refunds
We offer full refunds for eligible returns requested within 14 days of delivery.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
Cash on Delivery orders will only be refunded in store credit.
