Shipping

We process your orders same day as we receive them (Mon - Fri) or within 24 hours at the latest.

Domestic Shipping (US)

  • Standard U.S. delivery takes around 2–5 business days after dispatch.

International Shipping (Worldwide)

 

  • International delivery typically takes 4–10 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.
  • We offer a flat $20 shipping rate on all international orders.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For orders shipped to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and GCC countries, all customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees are included in the price at checkout. No additional charges will be due upon delivery.

For all other destinations, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and any related clearance fees are not included and may be charged by your local customs authority upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that we are not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or delays incurred for destinations outside the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and GCC countries.

If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs or import fees, the order will not be eligible for a refund.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your delivery every step of the way. Our delivery partner will contact you ahead of arrival.

After 2-3 failed delivery attempts, your package will be returned to our warehouse. In order to re-deliver there will be a fee, which will be communicated over email.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for their orders. If the incorrect delivery address is provided, we are not responsible to refund your purchase or replace the goods.

Cancellation Policy

Due to our fast fulfillment process, cancellations are not possible once your order has been placed. However, standard return and exchange policies apply to all items.
