Processing & Options

Kindly allow 1–2 business days for order processing, excluding major holidays.

We offer standard and express shipping options at checkout. Costs and delivery estimates are automatically calculated based on your location.

USA Delivery

We offer free shipping within the US via USPS Priority Mail, which usually arrives within 1–3 business days.

International Delivery 

International orders are shipped with UPS Worldwide Expedited and can take up to 5 business days to deliver, subject to customs clearance. 

Please note:

  • All duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
  • Customs regulations vary by country; we recommend checking local requirements before ordering.
  • If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to unpaid duties or incorrect delivery information, return shipping and related costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

Please note that certain locations, including Russia and Ukraine, may be subject to higher shipping costs. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your location or would like to confirm shipping availability, please contact us at hello@amyrili.com, and we will be happy to assist you.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your delivery status at any time.

Pre-Order Items

Preorder pieces are produced in limited quantities and will ship within the timeframe noted on each product page. 

If production or delivery timelines shift, you’ll receive an email update with revised shipping details.

Please note:

  • Preorder delays do not qualify for refunds.
  • Orders containing both in-stock and preorder items will be shipped together once all items are ready. To receive in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.

Insurance

All our packages are insured with Parcelguard at no extra cost. However, certain countries are excluded from the insurance policy, including the following:

Afghanistan, Angola, Bolivia, Burma, Congo (both Republic of the Congo and Democratic Republic of Congo), Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Ivory Coast (Côte d’Ivoire), Liberia, Nigeria, North Korea, Paraguay, Sierra Leone, Somali, Sudan, Syria, Venezuela

Policies are always changing, and some regions may have partial or limited coverage (such as Ukraine and Russia).
