With fulfillment centers in both the UAE and United States, we offer free next-day delivery options and efficient shipping to customers worldwide.

  • UAE orders are delivered 7 days a week, including weekends.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across the UAE. Select COD at checkout and pay our delivery partner upon arrival.

Shipping to the United States

  • Standard Free U.S. delivery: Next day or 2–5 business days after dispatch.

Orders are shipped using trusted courier services such as FedEx and USPS.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide.

  • Estimated delivery: 4–10 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and customs processing.
  • Flat-rate international shipping: $20.

Free shipping may be available when your order reaches the applicable minimum spend. The relevant free-shipping threshold will be displayed on the product page or at checkout.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and GCC countries, applicable customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees are included at checkout. No additional customs charges will be due upon delivery.

For all other destinations, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and clearance fees are not included in the order total. These charges may be collected by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.

Amyrilli is not responsible for customs fees, import duties, taxes, or customs-related delays for destinations outside the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and GCC countries.

If a shipment is refused or returned due to unpaid customs or import charges, the order will not be eligible for a refund.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email so you can monitor your delivery.

Our delivery partner may also contact you before delivery.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery cannot be completed after 2–3 attempts, your package will be returned to our warehouse.

A re-delivery fee will apply. The applicable fee will be communicated to you by email before the order is re-delivered.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please carefully check your shipping address and contact number before completing your order.

Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot redirect or change the delivery address.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, Amyrilli cannot be held responsible for any resulting delivery issues, and the order may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Cancellations

Due to our fast fulfillment process, orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed.

Our standard return and exchange policy applies to eligible items.
